How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our store, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your shipping address and payment details. Once confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so modifications or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us immediately at support@echogifts.store with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log into your account and view your order history for real-time updates. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
I received the wrong item — what should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the mix-up! Please contact us at support@echogifts.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the item received, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely! We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before ordering.
My package hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking link sent to your email. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at support@echogifts.store and we'll investigate immediately.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email us at support@echogifts.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@echogifts.store. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Can I request a product that's not in your store?
