📋 Our Return Policy

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
â€ĸ Unused and in the same condition as received
â€ĸ In their original packaging with all accessories and tags included
â€ĸ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
Non-returnable items: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund. Consumable items and digital products are non-refundable.

Contact Us
Email us at support@echogifts.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Please include photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Receive Return Instructions
We'll send you a return authorisation and full instructions, including the return address. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation, as we may not be able to process your refund.

Ship the Item Back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund or Exchange Processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or send your replacement within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as it's done.

đŸ’ŗ Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process the refund after we receive your item, plus an additional 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.

If you paid via PayPal, the refund will appear in your PayPal balance within 3–5 business days. For credit and debit cards, processing times may vary depending on your bank.

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact us at support@echogifts.store within 14 days of delivery. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

If the item you want is not available, we'll issue a full refund so you can place a new order at your convenience.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@echogifts.store. Include the following in your email:

â€ĸ A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
â€ĸ A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
