Once you place your order, our team gets to work right away. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24โ€“48 hours on business days (Mondayโ€“Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account on our website and view the status of your order at any time.

Tracking not updating? It can take up to 24โ€“48 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@echogifts.store and we'll investigate immediately.

We ship to over 150 countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please note: EchoGifts has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. Customs delays are outside our control and are not covered by our delivery time estimates.

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible:

โ€ข Package not arrived: Contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
โ€ข Damaged package: Please take photos of the packaging and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
โ€ข Wrong item received: Contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item received.
